一、招聘学科

金融学

华南师范大学金融学专业是2014年由教育部批准、华南师范大学和英国阿伯丁大学合作举办的中外合作办学项目。开设课程主要包括宏微观经济学、投资学、财政学、金融市场学、资产评估原理、财务管理、公司金融、国际金融、金融实证研究方法、金融时间序列分析、房地产金融学、金融风险管理、金融衍生工具等。全部专业课程均采用全英或双语教学。

三、招聘条件

1.博士后：原则上年龄不超过35岁，获得博士学位。

2.全职特聘教师、兼职特聘教师：具有经济学或金融学专业硕士或博士学位。

3.具有高校教学经验，能讲授商业银行业务与经营、金融衍生工具、金融风险管理、金融营销以及房地产投资组合、财务报表分析等专业课程。

4.胜任全英或双语教学。

四、工资待遇

本次招聘所有人员均为聘用制。

博士后：年薪15万元，另外享受科研绩效奖励、子女教育福利待遇。（详见学校招聘启事）。

全职特聘教师：完成一年432学时（每学时40分钟，平均每周12学时）的教学任务，年薪15-16万元。

兼职特聘教师：完成一门54学时的全英课程，课酬2万元。

SCNU IBC Announcement of Employment Opportunities for Domestics and Overseas Teaching and Research Talents in Finance

1、Discipline

Finance

The major of Finance in SCNU is a Sino-foreign cooperative education program jointly run by South China Normal University and the University of Aberdeen, which is approved by the Ministry of Education in 2014. The program offers courses such as Macro and micro economics, investment, finance, financial market, asset evaluation principles, financial management, corporate finance, international finance, financial empirical research methods, financial time series analysis, real estate finance, financial risk management, financial derivatives, etc. All the disciplinary courses are taught in English or English-and-Chinese bilingually.

3、Requirements

1) Post-doctoral: No more than 35 years old in principle, Ph.D. graduate. 

2) Full time teacher and part time teacher: Master or Ph.D. in economics or finance.

3) With college teaching experience, be able to teach professional courses such as business and operation of commercial banks, financial derivatives, financial risk management, financial marketing, real estate portfolio, financial statement analysis, etc.

4) Capable of teaching in English or English-and-Chinese bilingually.

4、Wage and Treatment

Staff recruited will sign a contract of employment.

Post-doctoral: Annual salary of RMB 150,000 yuan, plus research performance rewards, children's education package. (See SCNU Recruitment Notice).

Full time teacher: Annual salary of RMB 150,000-160,000 yuan, with annual workload of 432 teaching hours (40 minutes per teaching hour, 12 teaching hours per week on average).

Part time teacher: RMB 20,000 yuan per course(English-taught), with a total workload of 54 teaching hours.
