岗位描述：

本岗位侧重油画专业的教学与研究。需具备扎实的专业基础和写实功力，及丰富的创作研究经验。善于组织策划相关学术活动，发挥本学科在国内外的引领作用;圆满完成岗位聘任所要求的科研和教学任务;积极参与本系及学院的公共服务工作。 This post lays emphasis on the teaching and research of oil painting, which requires solid foundation in specialized techniques and rich experience in art creation and academic research. The recruit is also supposed to be good at organizing and planning academic activities, giving play to the leading role of this discipline both at home and abroad. He or she should also satisfactorily fulfill the required tasks of research and teaching and positively participate in the public service work of the Department and the Academy.

资格条件：

1. 身心健康、品质兼优，为人师表。拥有良好的职业道德; 2. 在国内外获得相关学科的硕士及以上学历，在相关学科从事教学、研究工作，国内学术成果突出。 3. 具有丰富的教学经验，能够胜任美术学科油画专业领域的课程教学。 4. 参加过国内外重要的专业学术展览，获重要专业展览奖项，发表过高水平的学术论文或作品。 1. Being physically and psychologically healthy, being excellent in both morality and learning, behaving as a model to students; having good professional ethic. 2. Having earned Master degree or above in the related discipline; having been engaged in the teaching and research and having made prominent academic achievements in the related discipline. 3. Having rich experience in teaching, being qualified for teaching the courses related to the discipline of fine art, especially oil painting. 4. Having participated in important academic exhibitions at home and abroad, having won major academic exhibition awards, and having published academic papers or art works of high standard.
