Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. To provide administrative support to the graduate studies at SME;
2. To scrutinize postgraduate admissions at SME;
3. Collating data and information and compiling reports related to postgraduate studies of the school;
4. Coordinating activities related to postgraduate programs and graduate students;
5. Other duties as assigned by the team leader or the Graduate Division Head.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. A Bachelor or above degree;
2. At least five years’ relevant work experience, preferably in academic administration;
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
6. MS Office proficiency.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
