The Hainan International College of Communication University of China is a strategic initiative that will elevate the university to the ranks of an international top-tier institution. The College was established in 2020 and is responsible for coordinating the university's Sino-foreign cooperation in Hainan. The college leverages its location at the Hainan Free Trade Port to capitalize on the advantages of international media higher education. Disciplinary and professional layouts are being developed around artificial intelligence and e-sports. To further enhance the English teaching level of the college and effectively improve students' English proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills, we are recruiting two foreign academic English teachers from home and abroad.

01 Position/招聘岗位

English Language/EAP Teachers (Full-time)

全职学术英语教师

02 Duties and Responsibilities/岗位职责

1.12 teaching hours per week, with each teaching hour equating to 50 minutes of instruction. Additionally, you are required to complete six hours of office counseling.

每周12个教学学时（一个教学学时为50分钟），和6个小时办公室咨询时间。

2. Develop teaching plans, learning materials, and assessments that are consistent with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.

制定符合课程并满足学生个性化需求的课程计划、学习材料和评估方案。

3. Assess students and provide written feedback upon request, keeping accurate records of student progress.

对学生进行评估，并根据要求提供书面反馈，准确记录学生的学习进度。

4. Regularly participate in teaching seminars and professional development training .

定期参与教学研讨会议及职业发展培训。

5. Organize and participate in extracurricular English learning activities for students.

组织并参与学生的课外英语学习活动。

6. The ability to coordinate and administer tasks such as course coordination, proofreading of materials and enrollment support.

必要的协调与行政工作，如课程协调、材料校对和招生支持等。

7. Other duties related to the position

03 Qualifications/任职要求

1. No criminal record. Should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

无犯罪记录。应遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规。

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher. (Preferably in education, English, linguistics or related major.)

本科学历及以上（最好为教育、英语、语言学或相关专业）。

3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.

取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA认证或同等教学资格。

4. Ideally has at least two years of full-time experience teaching English, with a preference for those with college teaching experience.

具备2年及以上全职英语教学经历，高校教学经历优先考虑

5. Organizational and communication skills, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills.

组织沟通能力、人际交往能力、抗压能力、团队协作能力

6. Starting work immediately or by the end of September at the latest.

即刻到岗或最晚9月底到岗

*Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.
