Introduction：

山东建筑大学成立于1956年，由山东省和住房和城乡建设部共同创办。该校目前有27000多名全日制学生（包括200多名国际学生）。山东建筑大学位于儒家文化的发祥地山东省，是中国东部沿海的一个文化和经济大省，也是新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊和海上丝绸之路沿线国家和地区的重要战略支点。

Shandong Jianzhu University (SJU) was co-founded by Shandong Province and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 1956. The University currently has more than 27,000 full-time students (including over 200 international students). SJU is located in Shandong Province, the birthplace of Confucian culture. Shandong is also a major province of culture and economy along the eastern coast of China and a significant strategic fulcrum of the countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road and the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor.

校园占地160多公顷，建筑面积66多万平方米。学校包括20所学院和4个研究院。提供61个本科课程、1个博士后科研流动站、1个博士人才培养项目、17个一级学科硕士点和64个二级学科硕士点。

This university covers an area of more than 160 hectares, with the building area of more than 660,000 square meters. There are twenty schools and four institutes, offering 61 undergraduate programmes, one postdoctoral programme, one PhD programme, 17 first-level master’s programmes and 64 second-level master’s programmes.

我校也是首批有资格在中国招收国际学生的授权大学之一。学校高度重视国际交流与合作。学校以开放的心态与澳大利亚、美国、新西兰、英国、加拿大等30多个国家和地区的80多所大学建立了合作伙伴关系。目前，已经设立了八个本科生联合项目和20多个学生交流项目。

英语教师资格：

Requirements for English Teachers:

来自英语为母语的国家；

Native English speakers;

一般要求2年以上语言教学经验或取得教育或语言证书；

Generally, it is required to have more than two years of language teaching experience or obtain an education or language certificate;

本科及以上学历；

Bachelor’s Degree or above;

健康且无犯罪记录。

英语教师职责：

Responsibilities of English Teachers:

每周16学时（每堂课45分钟），以口语教学工作量为主；

Workload: 16 class hours per week (45 minutes for each class), mainly spoken language teaching;

参加本系部分教学活动和学校重要活动。

Participating some teaching activities of the school and important activities of the university.

英语教师薪酬：

Remuneration of English Teachers:

工资：学期内每月人民币8000元-10000元，每学年交通补贴10000元；

Salary: ranging from 8,000 RMB-10,000 RMB per month during semesters and a transporation allowance of 10,000 RMB every school per year;

住宿：学校为外籍教师提供独立公寓，并提供家用设备和水电补贴。

Accommodation: SJU offers foreign teachers independent apartments with household equipment and water and electricity subsidies.

保险：我们将为每位外籍教师购买意外伤害保险和医疗保险。

Insurance: We will buy accident insurance and medical insurance for each foreign teacher.

签证：一旦外教准备好所需的所有文件，我们将帮助外教完成相关手续（在中国境内因签证产生的相关费用将予以报销）。

Visa: Once foreign teacher makes all needed documents well prepared, we will help the foreign teacher to complete relevant procedures (related expenses incurred in China about visa will be reimbursed).

教学科研岗位入职资格：

Requirements for Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields :

博士学位学历；

Doctor’s Degree;

研究方向为英语专业或我校重点紧缺专业领域；

The research area is English or other key majors and fields where professionals are urgently needed in our university;

有较丰富的高级别研究成果并具有科研潜力；

Applicants are supposed to have rich high-level research achievements and scientific research potential;

教学科研岗位职责：

Responsibilities of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

完成合同规定的教学与科研任务；

Complete the teaching and scientific research tasks specified in the contract;

与团队展开科研合作；

Carry out scientific research cooperation with research teams；

指导学生展开科研工作。

Guide students to do scientific research work.

教学科研岗位薪酬：

Remuneration of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

职位：副教授

Position: Associate Professor

工资：年薪20万元人民币，每学年国际交通补贴1万元；

Salary: annual salary of about 200,000 RMB, and an international transportation subsidy of 10,000 RMB per academic year;

科研启动经费：根据专业，我们将提供10万元-20万元的科研启动经费。

Scientific research start-up funds: according to the specialty, university will provide scientific research start-up funds of 100,000-200,000 RMB.

住宿：学校为外籍教师提供独立公寓，并提供家用设备和水电补贴。
