Job description

We are looking for an experienced mature person with a strong technical background who is interested in expanding his/her role into a managerial position and be part of an innovative project. This person needs to be a team leader, with excellent communication skills, creative, decisive and able to work in a collaborative work environment.

Experience/Qualifications 

·         Proven experience as a software engineer. Proficient in Java.

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·         Project management methodologies and tools know-how.

·         At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related fields.

·         In-depth understanding of some back-end framework, such as Spring \ SpringMVC \ MyBatis \ Redis \ MQ – is an advantage.

·         Use Docker and Git fluently. Good knowledge of MySQL.

·         A few years of experience as a project manager of complex software solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

·         Hire software engineers, both front-end and back-end.

·         Manage the team andensure that the work is aligned with the product roadmap.

·         Manage the day-to-day operation of the center.

·         Ensure the readiness of the work, define acceptance criteria, accept or reject work results.

About us

The shanghai-Haifa Data Coordinating Center (DCC) is a joint venture between East China Normal University and the University of Haifa in Israel. Our mission is to provide a full service to support the conduct of clinical research studies. We are seeking a manager to oversee our operations in Shanghai. The backbone of our center is the development of a web-platform for data collection and management of patients participating in clinical trials. We have currently completed the first stages of development and look to complete our product and engage potential clients which include pharmaceutical companies, CRO, hospitals, government, and other academic and research institutions.

1.负责招聘助手（后端工程师及前端工程师）

2.领导技术团队的开发工作，保证团队开发进度

3.管理DCC（转化院--数据协调中心）日常运作

4.保证开发项目的可读性，制定工作进程验收标准以评判各部门的工作成果

关于我们

转化院--数据协调中心(DCC)隶属由华东师范大学和以色列海法大学合办的转化科学与技术联合研究院，旨在建立一套可支持生物医学临床研究全部流程的技术服务系统。我方亟需一名项目主管，工作地点位于上海华东师范大学中山北路校区内。我中心正在紧密开发一套在线数据采集和管理平台，主要用于录入和分析临床试验中的病患数据。目前已经完成第一阶段的初步开发工作，下一步的目标将推出第一版的产品并进入大量测试阶段，潜在的客户以及数据来源包括制药公司、合同研究组织(CRO)、医院、政府项目以及其他学术研究机构等。
