Role #1 - Research Analyst & Client Service / 调研分析及客户服务

ABOUT THIS JOB

Serve key accounts to ensure high-quality delivery of service to clients, assist team leader to achieve the company’s financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Assist in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company’s quality standards.

·         Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Role #2 - Data Scientist/ Algorithm Engineer/ Modeler / 数据科学家/算法工程师/建模工程师

ABOUT THIS JOB

Our statistical research is at the forefront of an industry moving at the speed of light. In this role of supporting the business of measuring what consumers buy and watch, you will work on innovative methodologies and data science-driven solutions that will directly impact our business and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Lead discussion and execute data science work related to addressing clients’ concerns in collaboration with Nielsen commercial and operation teams.

·         Deliver analysis and develop practices to support Nielsen's data accuracy and statistical quality.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

With your passion and creativity about data and analytics, to know the when, how and why of applying linear regression over the random forest or even go beyond the conventions to unlock new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Degree in data science or relevant discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management).

·         Strong communication skills with business English proficiency, both verbal and written.

·         Outstanding analytical expertise, proficiency in Python or Ruby.

Role #3 - Data Operations/Project Management / 数据运营/项目管理

ABOUT THIS JOB

We use digital journey transformation, process compliance KPI monitoring and improvements to increase Nielsen’s service quality and to create the most valuable database in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Execute per global standard operational process, ensure data integrity, drive productivity, analyze KPI results and follow up with action plans.

·         Drive transformation and continuous innovation in the digital journey.

·         Provide analytics and predictive recommendations for work distribution/ resource utilization to enable timely and effective capacity planning.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

With your critical thinking and contribution, develop operation procedures and performance measurement to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

·         Feasibility analysis experience and understanding with a programming language like SQL, PL/SQL, VBA or SAS is a plus.

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently.
