富卫信息科技（上海）有限公司2022年招聘HR实习生信息

富卫集团是一家泛亚太金融集团，由李嘉诚基金、盈科集团、瑞士再保险投资组建，业务遍布亚太十个国家和地区。

现招聘2名HR实习生，主要协助亚太区集团人事项目工作：

- Provide support for management of the early careers programs, including the coordination of activities for intern programs and Digital Graduate Program
- Support the enhancement of employer branding initiatives, including improvements to our Early Careers website, managing content for our LinkedIn account, developing policy on employer branding awards
- Provide support for annual employee engagement survey and involvement in implementation of potential new vendors and frameworks
- Help to create an amazing new joiner experience through automation of HR processes, improvement of resources for employees and managers, and creating a memorable experience

Requirements:
- Excellent English & Chinese communication both in Speaking & Writing
- Able to work 3 days / per week
- Basic HR knowledge is preferred
