一、神经调控与认知研究所

深圳医学科学院神经调控与认知研究所于2025年成立，聚焦神经科学领域的重大基础与临床问题，致力于开展具有国际影响力的创新性研究，研究所已成功组建了一支高水平的科研团队，包括2名资深研究员及2名特聘研究员。目前，神经调控与认知研究所正处于快速发展阶段，诚邀海内外优秀PI及科研人员加盟。根据神经调控与认知研究所的发展规划，诚聘资深、高级和特聘研究员。

具体研究领域包括但不限于以下方向：neuromodulation of brain and bodily functions, mechanism and function of sleep, and the development of innovative tools to facilitate these areas of research。

二、招聘岗位

01、资深研究员/高级研究员

1.资深研究员原则上曾担任海内外知名高校或科研机构的长聘正教授或相当职位、高级研究员原则上曾担任海内外知名高校或科研机构的长聘副教授或相当职位；

2.取得系统性、创造性学术成就，做出重要学术贡献，享有较高的国际知名度和影响力，能够引领学科领域的发展或赶超国际先进水平；

3.具有丰富教学经验、培养青年科研人员经验。

02、特聘研究员

1.具有博士学位和博士后研究经历；

2.学术水平达到海外内知名高校/科研机构助理教授或相当岗位的标准；

3.创新研究能力得到学科领域内专家的认可，有独立发展的能力和获得长聘岗位的潜力。

三、岗位职责

1.遵循深圳医学科学院和神经调控与认知研究所的基本目标和发展规划，独立领导课题组开展创新性科学研究工作；

2.独立申请各项科学研究项目和基金；

3.管理课题组，指导课题组的科研工作；

4.培养研究生、讲授研究生课程；

5.积极参与深圳医学科学院和神经调控与认知研究所相关活动，包括学术会议、招生招聘、指导青年科研人员、对外交流合作等。

About INC

The Institute of Neuromodulation and Cognition (INC) was established in 2025, with a focus on major fundamental and clinical questions in neuroscience. The Institute is dedicated to conducting innovative research with international impact. A high-level research team has already been successfully formed, including two Senior Principal Investigators and two Junior Principal Investigators.

In line with its strategic development plan, the institute now invites applications for positions at the Senior and Junior PI levels.

Senior or Tenured Principal Investigator

(Tenured Full or Associate Professor Level)

1)Possession of a tenured investigator position at renowned universities/research institution in China or overseas;

2)Recognized academic achievements and contributions;

3)Evidence of international recognition and impact;

4)Excellence in teaching graduate students and mentoring young researchers;

5)Ability to become a leader in the field.

Junior Principal Investigator

(Tenure-track Assistant Professor Level)

1)Possession of a Ph.D. degree and postdoctoral research experience;

2)Academic achievements comparable to those of an assistant professor or equivalent at renowned universities/research institutions in China or overseas;

3)Recognized innovative research capabilities within the academic field;

4)The ability to conduct independent research and potential for obtaining a tenured position.

Job Responsibilities

1)Follow the basic goals and development plans of SMART and INC, independently lead research groups to conduct innovative scientific research.

2)Independently apply for various scientific research projects and funds.

3)Manage research groups and guide the research work of group members.

4)Mentor graduate students and teach graduate courses.

5)Actively participate in relevant activities of SMART and INC, including academic conferences, graduate admission, talent recruitment, and academic exchanges and collaboration, etc.
