一、导师简介

Ramon Gonzalez现任摩珈生物公司首席科学官，湘湖实验室农业合成生物团队首席科学家，湘湖-摩珈合成生物联合创新中心主任，以及天津大学客座教授。作为代谢工程与合成生物学领域的领军学者，他以开创可持续生产高价值化学品的微生物平台著称，并通过产学研深度融合推动绿色生物制造发展。Ramon博士是美国科学促进会（AAAS）和美国医学与生物工程院（AIMBE）双院会士，在Science, Nature, Nature Catalysis, and Nature Biotechnology等顶级期刊发表论文逾百篇，持有20余项发明专利。

Ramon Gonzalez is the Chief Scientific Officer of Mojia Biotech, the Chief Scientist of the Agricultural Biosynthesis Team, the Director of the Synthetic Biology Xianghu-Mojia Joint Innovation Center at Xianghu Laboratory, and an adjunct professor at Tianjin University. He is a leading figure in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, renowned for developing innovative microbial platforms to produce high-value chemicals sustainably and for integrating academia and industry to advance green biomanufacturing. Dr. Gonzalez is an elected Fellow of both the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). He published over 100 papers, including Science, Nature, Nature Catalysis, and Nature Biotechnology, and holds over 20 patents.

【1】核心研究员

1）岗位职责：在课题组负责人指导下开展合成生物学相关研究工作。

2）任职要求：

[1] 已获得博士学位，毕业于国内外知名高校或研究机构，专业方向为化学、生物学、分子生物学等相关领域；

[2] 具有高水平大学或顶尖科研机构工作经历，并在该领域取得突出研究成果；

[3] 年龄原则上不超过45周岁，需全职在实验室工作；

Position Responsibilities

Conduct research related to synthetic biology under the guidance of the group leader.

Requirements

[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally, with majors in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related fields;

[2] Possess work experience in high-level universities or prestigious research institutions and have made significant contributions in the field;

[3] Generally under 45 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;

【2】卓越青年研究员/博士后岗位

1）岗位职责：在课题组负责人指导下开展合成生物学相关科研工作。

2）任职要求：

[1] 已获得生物学、化学等相关领域博士学位，毕业于海内外知名高校或研究机构，具有海外高水平大学或科研机构工作经历者优先；

[2] 年龄原则上不超过40周岁，需全职在实验室工作；

[3] 已取得创新性研究成果，具备独立开展创新科研工作的能力；

Outstanding Research Youth or Post-doctoral Fellow

Position Responsibilities

Conduct research related to synthetic biology under the guidance of the group leader.

Requirements

[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally in biology, chemistry, or related fields, with preference given to those with work experience at high-level overseas universities or research institutions;

[2] Generally under 40 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;

[3] Demonstrated innovative research achievements and the ability to conduct independent, innovative research.
